How long after winning the spectrum do you think they will start talking about cdma2000 and actually start negotiating lciensing from QCOM?

The following link is to an article in today's Guardian newspaper (UK based) about a joint alliance between Hong Kong's Hutchison Whampoa, Holland's KPN Telecom and Japan's NTT DoCoMo to go after the european 3G market.
