VinWood:

We've had a lot of speculation about possible arbitrage positions with all the options available, I'm not sure I'd call it "advice".

Since I personally am not selling PALM under 40, I haven't yet considered selling my PALMV entitlement. And since I'm not selling my COMS portion until it gets up around 20 (which we may not see until after 7/27), I haven't yet considered selling my COMSV.

I don't plan to do anything until after the ratio is announced after the close on Friday, since I expect it to be around 1.51, vs the 1.40-1.45 the market is currently pricing in. If I'm correct, we get another pop Monday. Until then I'm watching, just in case PALM falls apart.

COMSV is a tremendous value play

This stock is trading at about 1.2 revenues, they have about $9 per share cash. I understand they are restructuring but there is no tech company(and very few non-tech) companies with the type of revenue and cash that COMSV has trading at such a value price.

I currently have 10k shares of COMSV. The reason I did buy COMS is I have no desire to own PALM, a 400 to 1 PE ratio is too high for me and I have reservations about what the increase in float may do to the company short term.
