INTERNET

Estimate Change:

S1 Corporation (Nasdaq: SONE)

Buy

2001 EPS: $0.50 from $0.70

Scott Appleby, eFinance

"Revenue projections have been adjusted down on S1 Corporation to reflect the continued
pricing pressure in the consumer suite licensing market and the difficulties in developing a clear
revenue picture with licensing sales," said Appleby. "Management turmoil at CitiBank has led to
speculation regarding the company's Internet strategy and conjecture that S1 Corporation's
historically strong relationship may be in jeopardy. Given the potential difficulties facing S1
Corporation, we feel it is prudent to lower our second quarter, 2000 and 2001 revenue
estimates."

James,

Did you get permission from the analyst to post this part of his/her report? If not, watch out for CSFB LOL.

HJ, bought some phone.com at 68 1/8 yesterday thinking the lead-up to earnings report would provide a good bounce. Sure wasn't expecting 16 pts in a day and a half!

Is William around- I do need to thank him for getting this one in my mind for consideration!
