This call is a classic pump and dump (or trim).

And before you jump down my throat....I'm long ok.

I watch volume On-balance-volume and money flow. ADCT's OBV has been deteriorating for the past several days....but this is normal after a huge runup. Money flow (institutional trades of 10,000 shares or more) intraday went negative a week ago.

I believe what is going on is that some Mutual funds are trimming their ADCT holdings -- since I'm sure that ADCT's recent appreciation has caused Managers to trim so that ADCT is not inordinately (percentage wise) overweighted. These upgrades are used to help support the price while they trim (since they still are holders of the stock).

Look for support at the 50 day moving average around $70 to $71 (worst case scenario)
