One other repercussion of a National Sales Tax would be less reliance on social security for retirement income. A NST is a savings plan.

In all seriousness, JLA, I heartily belive the NST to be an excellent idea. I am for it 100% and believe everyone should continue to contact their Representatives and Senators of whatever political party and bombard them with demand that we do this!
