I have found it so in numerous contexts. Just as one simple example, a school I looked at recently has rules prohibiting criticizing a person for their lifestyle choice, but freely allowing one to criticize them for their religious choice. So you can't say "I think Gays are immoral" but you can say "I think Catholics are immoral." There are many other examples of what I see, but I have a client coming in in two minutes.

Those are also the type of people who think they have been "instructed by god" to pay income taxes...
