foreigners are sitting on a veritable mountain of US IOUs, i.e. dollars. Japan's CB has 360 bn., the ECB has 280 bn., China + Hong Kong are sitting on some 300 bn. as well.

that's a supply overhang unlike any other in the history of speculating man...
