Zeev, as far as TFS goes 2 brokers that I know of have down graded from strong buy to buy. It is not a split. Do you think this falling knife is tradeable?

10:58 ET Three-Five Systems (TFS) 62 1/2 unch: Issue indicated
to open between $35 and $40 per share after company warned that
2nd-half results would come in shy of Wall Street views due to a shift
in product mix and program timing issues. In response to the warning,
Banc of America Securities downgrades stock from STRONG BUY
to BUY.
