I think you're right. As of the November proxy, SEG only held 6 million pre-split shares.

Seriously, you have to be VERY careful with SEC filings. People trade on that info, and can subsequently sue on mis-information. Hard to believe they would make that glaring a math error. Though it makes more sense for the average selling price to be about $80., with the math correction.
