Darrell, RE: If "all" the analysts are expecting a love-in, this would represent a significant shift from the past. And that shift has indeed occurred. The average analyst recommendation has been steadily rising this year. The average DELL rating is now over 4.5 (5 being a strong buy, 1 being a sell), the highest average rating DELL has had since winter of '97-'98. 23 of the 29 DELL analyst now have a buy rating on the stock. (For comparison's sake, the overall average rating for US stocks is 4.332, and the overall rating average for the S&P 500 is 4.278.)
