Perhaps CNBC might want to look into this:

cnetinvestor.com

In a nutshell, analyst continually poormouths Elan. Stock goes up. Investors poke fun at the analyst's errant call on the stock on a Yahoo message board. CS First Boston (analyst's employer) sues investors for $1 million, claiming they had no right to make fun of their analyst.

Is this ridiculous or what? This analyst can dish it out, but can't take it. CSFB should be ashamed.
