If so I am not suprised! Dell business model delivered reuslts and they were the pioneers! Thew novilty has worn out and the can't deliver like the Street is used to! That is a simple fact of life and they should come out and tell the analysts! I think in a long run they will fall behind CPQ and will be subject for a merger or take-over
