Diana, re: Shorting SEI

Well, it's your money.

But perhaps you could shed some light on why VTS and PGO are both up today while most other OSX issues are down.

What sort of discount should SEI trade at due to it's past problems compared to VTS and PGO? Isn't 50%+ enough?

When are they "forgiven" for their past problems? Do they need to restructure management compensation yet again?

The so-called accounting issues, what do they relate to? Do these accounting issues in any way effect past/future earnings and if so to what extent?

Since you're shorting SEI, what's your target for covering and when?

Just curious because your strategy flies in the face of everything I believe about this company/stock.

I could see why you'd be inclined to short it technically, but you're gambling imho with 2 mil+ shares short and with MAJOR fundamental changes to their business happening now.

There is no doubt SEI will pullback and consolidate after such a strong move, but imho when it will pullback is pure guesswork as the fundamentals support a much higher price. I would certainly at least wait for a turn before shorting.

HOFF ran from 7 to 16 pretty much in a straight line (without short interest).
