(i.e. anytime after 3/29). So you can't confidently subtract them from the 4 million to get your 1.5 million. Nearly 3.3 million shares traded in the last 2 days of March, and the stock fell $17 on the first trading day of April. I suspect today's SEG release is designed to mislead.

Handspring mp3 player---BUMMED! The Handspring Visor-compatible Innogear MiniJam mp3 player module IS NOT a voice recorder contradicting it's preliminary .pdf file still posted on Innogear's website. I confirmed this info with Innogear. I cancelled my pre-order. Why is this relevant to Sandisk? Well, Minijam uses Sandisk MMC flashcards for storage.. i could have consumed LOTS of flashcards if it had voice recording capabilites. I take lots of voice dictations with my Minicassette recorder (that I hate). I am now looking for a portable digital audio player that DOES have voice recording and uses Sandisk flashcards ... CF preferred.. and has USB...what are my options? Bumming... -Rocky
