At the rate Paul Allen is dumping his MSFT shares I figure he will be done in less than 2 years. Thank the God's!

Paul Allen Sold 9M Microsoft Common Shares In June

WASHINGTON -- Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) co-founder Paul Allen sold 9 million shares of the company's common stock in June, according to a Form 4 released Wednesday by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Allen sold the shares between June 1 and June 6 at prices ranging from $64 to $69.56 a share. At the end of the month, Allen directly owned 202.9 million Microsoft shares and indirectly owned an additional 55,742 shares through Vulcan Ventures Inc. (X.VVI).

As reported, Allen sold 26.6 million shares of Microsoft stock from March 2 through June 1, including 2 million shares each on May 30 and June 1. The total proceeds to Allen for the sales from March 2 through June 1 are about $2.36 billion.

Microsoft is a software, Internet and cable TV company.
