It really depends on the company and the outlook. I do not think that the next quarter is that critical, but TFS might have been priced to perfection and had history of 'second shoe" falling in the past. Generally, I do DCB for a 30% bounce (or a target of $41) but since this decline came at what one should consider a peak (after earnings release, and a major advance in the NAZ) I may be happy with just a 15% to 20% bounce to the $38 area. My stop loss is 10% or around $29.
