Mike, RE: It looks to me that Dell has a stake in ICGE and ICGE has a stake in ARIBA, so in a convoluted (and diluted) way Dell has a stake in ARIBA. I get confused in these things, so if my figuring is off, I apologize.

ARBA's venture cap investors are Benchmark and Crosspoint. I am pretty sure that ICGE doesn't have a stake in ARBA.

Moreso, I don't think DELL has a stake in ICGE that amounts to much significance anyway. Although Dell Ventures does indeed report that it owns a piece of ICGE, it has never filed a report about this stake and ICGE didn't disclose it in its filings.

Like you, it all confuses the heck out of me, too.
