MSFT may have abused its power, but that power was not created by its alleged abuse.

I wasn't intending to imply that Microsoft got its power from alleged illegal activities. Instead, I'm saying that if it did conduct illegal activities it increased its power of being the strongest gorilla on the planet. Without that abuse, it still would have been the strongest.
