diang g, I agree with completely about management, but the stock has all of that priced into it. I don't like any of the management, but the purpose of investing is to make money and at $7.25 SEI was a steal. My only regret is that I was stupid enough to take a one day 10% gain on the stock. If SEI fired all of management and changed the board, the stock would go even higher. Jim
