That seems reasonable enough. I will have to ponder some more. I am a bit under the weather, and starting to tire, so I may have to take a break. If I suddenly fail to respond, it is only because I laid down for awhile.........

It is covered on the site, but I would go further than they and advocate a complete exemption of tax to anyone who earns less than $20,000 a year. This is based on a model suggested by Milton Friedman.
