Can't see DeBeers ever coughing up enough $ to get me to Tender frankly. Nicky himself says that the bid was on opportunity i.e. OPPORTUNISTIC. jUST THANK YOUR LUCKY STARS SNAP IS AN UNDERGROUND MINE OR dEBEERS WOULD BE OFFERING US EMPLOYMENT CREEPING ACROSS THE TUNDRA ON HANDS AND KNEES hand picking diamonds into tin cans on strings round our necks like the did with the Africans they employed. Ive seen it, I have a copy of the PBS video. Can't honestly see WSP reverting back to a private company either, and Placer has their hands full with their incursion into Africa, on top of which they have already tried Copper, and Oil & Gas and withdrawn from both.
