I have run the numbers a couple of times and based on the assumption of a 5x P/E ratio, 4.00 USD per 1,000 cf, Canadian conversion of .67, 30 day months and 32,275,000 shares outstanding the numbers look like this:

4 mcfpd = 2.0 mcfpd to CWY = .67 per share from this well
6 mcfpd = 3.0 mcfpd to CWY = 1.00 per share from this well
8 mcfpd = 4.0 mcfpd to CWY = 1.34 per share from this well
15 mcfpd = 7.5 mcfpd to CWY = 2.50 per share from this well

Those numbers represent, at 4 and 6 million cfpd, the expected range of output based on original engineering, the second set of numbers, 8 and 15 million cfpd, represent the range being hit, post frac, on neighboring properties from the same formation. These numbers do not reflect any allowance for the additional wells on the project or any other project the company may have on the go.

Salut,

Leigh McBain

COMMONWEALTH E-MAIL UPDATE

I will be in Texas for the FRAC treatment of the BEDSOLE #1 well from Wednesday until Sunday of this week. As previously stated in my July 21 e-mail, the BEDSOLE #1 Well FRAC will begin at 9:00 a.m. (Texas Time) on Thursday, July 27th. The FRAC treatment should take 4 to 6 hours to complete. The FRAC fluid then needs to flow back out of the well. Therefore, as soon as possible following the FRAC, the well will be flow tested and the results of this test will be announced in a News Release.

Look for another e-mail update on Thursday.
