Hello Gersh; Do you have painters working for you? I have a friend that works about 15 painter, and he does very well. I am trading on very thin ice too gersh. several mistakes. But i would rather do this than run a small business for now anyway. At 46 I am getting picker all the time.

That sux, man. I'll be free and loose this time next year. I have to manage a small fund. Perhaps we can get together and I can help you out. Barter transaction of course. You help me, I'll help you. Perhaps we can make money together. As long as I'm going to be stuck managing a fund I may as well enjoy it. Who knows, maybe something will work out. It shall be at least 6 months before I get going with it....I do not exactly look forward to it, but I'm stuck. May as well make the best of it.
