Yeah, and notice the timeline:

Nov. 18--according to Geoff-t, the HK listing has been approved

Nov. 22--options granted to Hung

Nov. 23--news release of approval of HK listing

If TOM knew of HK approval on the 18th or earlier, then why wasn't this material information released on a timely basis?

If Carlson's database is correct about the Nov. 22 date of the options grant, then doesn't insider trading or something similar become an issue?

If the timeline is correct, I think a good case could be made to the regulatory body to have those options cancelled.

Anyway, the timeline and the insider selling together with the reported "gifting" of 6% of 8003 and the awarding of an additional 10% of profits raise some serious issues.

That said, management appears to be creating significant value... Just what will happen to that value when all is said and done is another matter.
