Chirodoc, what will COII do to maintain the suspense (and the stock price) if after some indeterminate period of time the Computerized Photonic Thermal Stimulator is actually FDA approved?

My bet, is that they are better off dragging it out so they can unload more shares. No one is actually going to pay real money for any of these smoke and mirrors "products" and COII is way better keeping the stock afloat with hope and hype.

Or, maybe they'll just announce a new product, hope nobody notices that there were no sales for the thermal imaging stuff, and keep the suspense going.

My new product suggestion is the "Thermal Propulsion Wireless Genomic Fuel Cell" - a product that can do anything you want (after about a decade of development and testing) - that in reality is bacteria culture left out in the sun.

Raging Bull posters could spend months fantasizing about the money to be made in the wireless genomic fuel cell business.

Dave Packer could demonstrate it at the annual meeting - but it would be hidden from view at all times lest evil bashing competitors try to copy it.

Better yet than a single product, COII could dream up a whole series of similar farces and endlessly tout the "next generation product roadmap."

If it weren't likely to end up as jail time, it would be a ton of fun thinking up new products for COII to promote its stock. Or even just writing the scripts for the boiler room guys could be hilarious.

Maybe CTI could do a joint venture with the ZERO dude who reduces, by a factor of 3,000%, air pollution emissions. Imagine, practically curing cancer and eliminating air pollution all in one stock! Plus, they could save money by sharing the same crooked auditors!

I wonder if even now the boiler room guys use you, Curtis, as an endorser. "Famed best selling author (347,000th on the Amazon list last time I checked) Dr. Curtis Turchin highly recommends that all widows, orphans, and cancer survivors own tons of COII."

******IS THIS A BUYING OR SELLING OPPORTUNITY?******

i wish i had a crystal ball, but i don't. however, i can give you a few facts.

1. EVERY drop in coii price up until now has been a buying opportunity. obviously, i cannot say for certain that this will be true in our present case. however, you can only invest based upon statistical evidence. and, so far i would side with past history and say this is probably a buying opportunity.

2. coii would benefit greatly from being on nasdaq. but, even without nasdaq, coii will be successful. once coii is approved by the FDA, the story changes to one of HOW successful they will be not IF they will be successful. don't forget they COULD stay on the bulletin board, move to the AMEX, or even, once better capitalized (after approval) apply to the NYSE!

fact: coii has submitted almost everything to the SEC prior to this nasdaq snafu. so, i feel confident that everything will be fine. however, the SEC and nasdaq have no relationship so i can understand why this would take time.

my guess is that any delay is the nasdaq and their lawyers looking over every shred of data that exists regarding coii's past and future. that takes an agonizing amount of time and energy.

there have probably been meetings with coii, meetings among nasdaq officials, meetings between attorneys on both sides, etc. my guess is that we will know next week or the week after, the final result.

my prediction: coii will prevail and be nasdaq listed. by august we will see them send in module 4 and by september october they will submit module 5.

then, we will wait for the real magic to occur.

i am as optimistic as ever. i wish i knew more than you, but i don't. however, i know this company well and know that it is run by honorable, smart men. in the end, they will prevail.
