Well, how about *you then, explain why Win32 Perl requires different documentation than Perl? --- So far, all of the major Perl scripts I've looked at are platform specific; WWWBOARD for instance. It requires special modification to run on NT and it's not guaranteed to work. --- Everywhere I look it's the same story. --- Why don't you David, enlighten *me and show me how *I'm wrong. I've searched the web and haven't found anything that contridicts anything I've said regarding Perl -vs- Win32 Perl. --- In fact, I've learned that Microsoft is the entity that's put up the money to fund this Win32 Perl thing. --- Oh, but this is the new open standards Microsoft, right? -JCJ
