I don't know exactly when they will file their next SEC filing.

March 31, 2000 numbers (approx)

Cash - 91 MM
Shares outstanding - 39 MM
Equity - 102 MM
Cash/share = 2.33
BV = 2.61

ESTM should report operating losses of around 27.5-30 MM in the last quarter (April-June, 2000) which is around 65-70 cents/shr. It will report on July 20.

ESTM does not have any divisions like iShip or investments like Encryptix (like STMP has). IMO, ESTM's stock price goes to zero in the long-term

Can I assume your interest in ESTM is a warning that ESTM will be raided by the momentum players transferring money from their STMP trades ?

Disclaimer - I am short ESTM.

Regards,
Rajiv
