What I said was a maximum of 3 million shares and my best calculation was just under 1.4 million so you only just beat me <G>

What still isn't clear is whether the 1,607,748 shares were for at the end of the period under discussion in the cc (i.e. 6/30) or for right now. I don't have a recording of the call and didn't pick up enough to work out this detail at the time.

Like you say we now have a situation where

a) SNDK will not be subject to constant dumping and
b) investors can confidently buy in without fear of SEG ruining their returns.

I think the effect of the first phase of b) showed up nicely today, and we should now be on a nice run to a fair value of at least $100 in short order.
