lawdog, you are pretty "up to speed" on Gore. How large is his inventory of slum houses? It is my understanding he hasn't (doesn't) invest in the stock market. Are most (all) of his rental houses slum type houses? It sounded like he charged a pretty hefty rental rate for a dumpy house. Do you agree? Frank
