No Cup and handle there. There is a large descending triangle on the weekly chart. It is in the middle of the triangle here so really not a great place for long or short entry.

That is one volatile stock. I bet a few here will enjoy tracking it...

A good example of a cup with handle at a good place to really start watching now is ADTN.
siliconinvestor.com

The cup starts at the high in '96 and the handle starts after it returns there in 00.
