Michael, I'm hardly a techie so my footing is a bit shaky here but it seems the imimic caching product snaps into place an important piece of F5's offering; I agree that it may not be worth a 20% run but it helps. Moreover, some folks claim that this deal will be more in the public domain on Friday...we'll see.

Finally, there is a humongous short position in F5;and at this very moment in time ( none too soon for moi ) infrastructure plays are harmonizing in the Church of What's Working Now.

buyout? always a possibility.

Maybe todays big jump had something to do with the article in the Aug Smart Money. Very positive article on it, one of 6 stocks they picked in "Six stocks ready to rally", or earning will be much better than expected. HankM
