400 MHz matches up with Rambus RDRAM data frequency. Let's not get into that again, but the data rate is 800 Mb/sec per line because it's double pumped.

Don't know about Foster for sure, except that it could be different because Intel has no plans for Rambus memory for servers. Thank...never mind.
