Previous BKs have been due to inopportune transactional imbalances. In retrospect, they in fact could have been, if not totally prevented, at least smoothed.

The extent of the economic imbalances today are such that we are near a time where even without a trigger a BK is inevitable.

I don't know if I agree that it will be a surprise. At some point, the captain will see that the iceberg, and attempt to stop the ship. There will be a period of time during which we will fully realize that, while we can issue a press release concerning repealing the laws of nature, actually doing so is somewhat different.

I believe I read a message on one of the boards that indicated that the value of the ARBA stock owned by their CEO increased today by more than their annual revenue.
