Looks as though Zwebner is about as stupid Dean. Pretty funny stuff. It appears as though they settled for the price of dinner and a movie. The whole deal probably cost Dean and Zwebner 99.9% more than it costs Pugs.
Looks like Zwebner just wanted bragging rights. To brag about suing a poster for the price of admission to a 2 star movie is absolutely STUPID!!
I'm sure the defendants attorney told his client he's never seen anything this moronic in all his days.

Shell, Me & David have thought long & hard about this. Zwebner had my sympathy in the beginning, I actually believed Dean & you were after him & used me to create a thread, which Dean went about his vendetta against Zwebner.
After exchanging emails with Zwebner, Van Wagoner & seeing how Zwebner, while claiming to his shareholders over & over again how he was hurt, somwehow, by me & David & Ramon, and after telling his shareholders how their was a "fair" financial settlement, $100 !!! I have to wonder what else that Zwebner is telling his shareholders that is exaggerated for his own purpose. I owe no apology ton Zwebner. He owes an apology to David & myself & we are counter claiming his complaint. We are also going to proceed against Dean Dumont & yourself, in this suit & the Pittera suit for damages. We have decided that the harassament we have sustained from you, Dumont, Zwebner, Pittera, Marchese & others, merits legal action. We want this in a court of law because we feel if we do not stand up to this harassment, other investors will suffer as well. Sorry Zweb, no deal!

Zwebner wanted us to agree not to go after Dean Dumont as a stipulation for the settlement besides the $100. Forget it. We proceed. Unlike you in the BW case, there is a principle here. In our case we feel the $100 settlement is too much, we cannot agree to NOT going after Dean Dumont for damages , and in fact, need to why Zwebner would even request such a thing of us, nor do we feel we owe him an apology. Yes, I was going to pay the $100 , but then we thought, cripes, then we'd be as phoney as Shell, Mitchell & Ulrich. We will go about seeking justice, unlike you, we are not all talk.

I'm not Shell & I don't desire to litigate the Zwebner suit on line, it'll be litigated in court. Suffice to say, me & David could not agree not to go after Dumont for damages. $100 is waaaay too much, since we feel Zwebner owes us an apology. We will counter claim . I believe if we allow Zwebner & Pittera to harass shareholders with the law in concert with the smear tactics of Shell & Dumont, it will escalate. Unlike the Webnode 3 in the BW suit, we feel very strongly about this. We will not allow ourselves to be used to , imo, tout TVCP with a BS account of what has transpired here. We have been wronged and we will address it in court, not here.

The thread was creat at Dean Dumont's request when he was posing as a sincere AZNT stockholder who claimed Zwebner was another Andy Mann. It wasn't the $100. We originally were going to pay it. But we observed you using the suit to continue your smear of me & AZNT, si, either knowingly or recklessly, Zwebner was contributing to the smear as well imo. I am an OTC investor who is actually being sued by Mr. Zwebner. It seemed Mr. Zwebner was working on a deal with Joe Lanza, who just got out of prison for tax evasion. I posted questions to Mr. Zwebner concerning his relationship with Joe Lanza. I see, by his complaint, myuestions somehow killed the deal, not the fact Lanza was busted for tax evasion and went to prison. I lost $30k to another Lanza employee, Mike Zapara.
I also have brought up questions about Irving Kott & LGCY. Kott secretly owned JB Oxford while being a notorious penny stock promoter doing shady deals from European boiler rooms. He was involved with LGCY. Kott just paid over $2mm to settle a suit with the FBI over an investigation of his secret ownership of JB Oxford.
Janice Shell, the KING of all bashers is an aquaintance & informer of Mr. Zwebner's. Shell also bashes stocks with Dean Dumont who was the main defendant in the suit I am involved with with Zwebner. Dumont pushed for discovery, and Zwebner settled with him. Dumont posed as a legit AZNT shareholder, only to dump restricted stock while urging shareholders to buy more. Dumont and Shell work in concert in the cybersmear campaign of AZNT. Zwebner cited the AZNT defamation case in his motions, yet, he drops Dumont & is friendly with Shell.
Zwebner has made 3 offers to us for settlement which we have rejected. IMO, he used one of the settlement offers to tout his TVCP. He also wants to agree not to pursue Dumont as a settlement agreement.
We have opted to reject his offers to stipulate. IMO, Zwebner is intimidating investors with scare tactics. His business relationships, i.e; Lanza, Kott, etc. are relevant to the investment public. As AZNT shareholders fight off ZWebner's bashing aquaintance Janice Shell, Shell's other associates, Rick Marchese (banned by the SEC from involvement in any penny stock) and Joe Pittera, under SEC criminal investigation, harass us with another lawsuit to silence us.
WE will fight Zwebner & Pittera, as well as his aquaintance & informer, Janice Shell in court . If we settle, all OTC investors will be subject to more of these harassing lawsuits and these threads, which are now populated by 40-60% boiler room grunts, will be just another virtual boiler room, like SI.
I have no opinion I'd make public about TVCP, but there are many questions that should be thouroughly addressed if investors are investing their hard earned money.
