Joe, I was wondering if anybody can tell me from seeing a description of memory...

I cannot. On Crucial's website they have a 1-800 number, ask for tech support. The guy's are friendly, helpful, and as you would expect, very knowledgeable. I think they know every chipset made in the last 20 years right out of memory.

Kindest regards,
CrazyMan

That memory module has 8 chips. They are each 256Mb DRAM, or 32 MEG. I called and asked.
