Jeff! I have to admit that it has been very difficult for me to stomach reading much of the posts regarding AZNT ,Pugs et al. However, after reading you last few posts, the to which I am replying and the immediate previous post, something has occurred to me. Mr. Zwebner may not have been being kind to Pugs in deferring the award for a stipulated settlement, ie apology and certain prohibitions in regard to his future postings or statements regarding Mr. Zwebner and his interests. First among all considerations would be that Mr. Zwebner's tail merely meant to remove the gnat from his backside. So few people believe a thing Pugs says, so what damage could he have done? Secondly, Pugs would have to be a bit more than solvent in order to retrieve anything substantial. It appears as he and probably the bank own his townhouse. The gym I presume is a mall rental space or something similar. Forgive me if I am incorrect. Either way, what could Mr. Zwebner get from a guy that needs to take a break from the net just to earn a burger? The idea now being two fold. If indeed Pugs was a flunkie, stooge for others close to Zwebner, he may be receiving details from the Pugster of the disloyal betrayers. s Secondly, Pugs would be ruined if he enforced the award. That keeps the door locked. Third...a combo of the other two! So in some ways, Pugs is still earning Burger for Mr. Zwebner. I think it possible that Pugs was the same way with OVIS and it's flow of sewage. At that time he seemed to always be Riley's supporter. Riley I see is just banging away at RMIL/OVIS/RMCW, but I remember him talking about buying cases of the water to provide to a TV audience. They all seemed to have access to the water that never happened. Is Riley's pic of the BS label still available? Remember that? Go Riley! Get those crooks that took advantage of you!! TG
