Bosco, It sounds like you're dealing w/the situation correctly. Unfortunately most people who invest in equities don't realize that scenairos like this can happen at anytime to any company.

Ignoring the the effects on the income statement and just looking at the balance sheet, it does not look like there could possibly be enough financial deterioration to force the company into liquidation. if there has been fraud, what the impact could be of management having to leave, I can't judge. Does anyone know how critical top management is to the continued functioning of the company?
