Kevin, Question: What does StreetCom have to say about this chart
I found as I was

c y b e r s u r f i n g

in the hallowed cyberspace of Quicken.Com?

[Specifically, I am asking for that downsloping line, ( as in the word " to tank " ),
at the bottom of the graph,
]

ON the ZERO line in case of REVENUES:

( yes I know, you have to strain
your eyes to see it but it
IS there Kevin,do try and look )

quicken.com

And BELOW the ZERO line in the case of NET INCOME

quicken.com

and, of course, the all important, CASH FLOW

quicken.com

cheers

Chances are good that the short sellers these guys quote are located in the offices down the hall from them.

I'd be REALLY careful about such remarks, unless you actually know something. TSCM is very protective of their reputation and libel lawsuits are not unheard of.

I was saying what does TSCM have to say about that Kevin?

thank you,

TA

Kevin -

Thanks for your concern, but I thought I WAS being careful. Not out of fear of being sued, but because I try not to make definite statements when I have no definite knowledge. In this case, I was making a conjectural statement.

Actually, if I had wanted to borrow a page from Herb Greenberg, I'd have said, "Are the short sellers who are being quoted located in offices down the hall from those who are quoting them?" It's always effective to couch an accusation as a question. One can't be sued for just asking a question.

I believe that all statements about companies made by people who have positions in their stocks should be taken with a grain of salt and a large dose of skepticism. In my opinion, it's easier for short sellers to capitalize on investors' fear than it is for longs to cash in on greed. But both camps are out there trying, day after day. That's all I'm saying.
