Mama Bear that is some frightening stuff you gave us.
Really scary here for us poor CNC longs trying hard to make a buck.

I have a question for you Mama Bear,
are you aware of any lawsuits won against

SI LONGS

who are trying to SHORT-SQUEEZE THE HELL OUT OF SI SHORTS
( especially SI CNC-SHORTS )?

I just want to know, if I SQUEEEEEZE hard,
possibly causing mental injury, anxiety, loss of income
loss of sleep, whatever,

can I be sued?

Thank you so much Mama Bear

Allen, did you see the judgement issued against the fellow who accused someone of 'short selling' in order to knock his stock down?

Message 14044058

BTW, Colin Devine works for Salomon Smith Barney, not TSCM.

Regards,

Barb

Thanks for the link Barb. I missed that one, but I haven't read the HITT thread either.

My, you bears are sensitive. I do believe it's still legal to express opinions, though.

BTW, yes, I know that Colin Devine doesn't work for TCSM. My statements of opinion about bad journalism and bad analysis were general ones. I was not talking about The Street.com only.
