ROTI... Tanners Restaurant Group... not to be much longer... see this:

NORCROSS, Ga., Jun 16, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Tanner's Restaurant
Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ROTI) announced today that the business plan of
the Company will focus on the convergence and integration of international long
distance telecommunications and Internet services. To establish a starting point
for this new direction, Tanner's has acquired all of the shares of Fone.com, a
United Kingdom corporation, from DCI Telecommunications, Inc. (OTC: DCTC).
Fone.com is being renamed to B4B Communications, LTD immediately to more
accurately describe the company's focus.

B4B is an early stage business with ongoing operations and revenue generating
products and services. While not yet profitable, management expects B4B will
experience both short and long term growth in revenues and profits from pursuing
high demand business in the international marketplace for the year 2000 and
beyond.

New York, New York, Jul. 05, 2000 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX) --
Tanner's Restaurant Group announced that its wholly-owned UK-based subsidiary,
Fone.com Limited has entered into an interconnection agreement with Viatel,
Inc., the "All Distance. All Services.(TM)" telecommunications provider
headquartered in New York.

As previously announced, Fone.com -- a reseller of telecommunications services
-- is in the process of changing its name to B4B Communications, Limited. B4B
stands for Bandwidth for Business.

Through its agreement with Viatel, B4B will have access to Viatel's Pan-European
Network, a multi-conduit, continuously-upgradeable, cross-border network in
Western Europe, of which over 7,000 of the announced 10,400 route kilometers,
linking 59 major cities in the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Belgium, France,
Germany and Switzerland, are fully constructed. Construction of the remaining
3,400 route kilometers will be completed by year's end. Viatel provides local
and long-distance, voice and data, bandwidth and Web-centric solutions to
end-users, including corporations, ISPs, ASPs and other carriers in Western
Europe and North America.

One of the immediate areas of focus for B4B will be the sale of prepaid
telephone calling cards to drive volume and revenue. B4B is building a
distribution network of agents offering calling cards to the many core ethnic
markets existing in the UK. This market segment has historically proven itself
to have one of the largest demands for prepaid card products. Further, the
Company is vigorously concentrating on offering prepaid cards to affinity groups
for fund raising purposes as well as using the cards as a promotional and
advertising tool. This is in addition to B4B's recent announcement regarding the
provisioning of wireless mobile telecommunications services.

Initially, B4B will utilize its interconnection agreement with Viatel to reach
new customers in new markets. However, over time, B4B plans to provide a broad
suite of valued-added services, including video-conferencing and
bandwidth-related services.

Ticker and name change coming.

Latest filing as of April lists only 11M shares outstanding... 4M float.
