Bill, thanks for the heads up. You know, you see a ton of analyst bashing, including with some of the foulest language possible. I wonder how they decide who to go after? Seems to me that analysts are the ones that have no accountability at this time. They can predict an outrageous future, then, when it doesn't happen, you still see them all over the business shows.

Thanks again. I'll try to be a goody two-shoes from now on. That'd probably work for about a day.

I don't know the details of that case (Obviously) but if the accused posters voiced their opinions, and ELAN did rise after a downgrade, I hope CSFB is prepared to LOSE many multiples of the $1 Million they are seeking should the accused parties prevail - and COUNTERSUE.
