Surprised no one seems to be on this thread any more. Stock has risen nicely to $8.00.Our sources tell us that a deal for sale of SAAN should be confirmed in the next week or so.Have no idea what the terms are but just getting the company off their books [although they did report that the last quarter actually produced earnings] will be a big plus for the company. We note that Fort Chicago is trading at over $9.00 a share.
We strongly hope and believe that Gendis will continue to liquidate their real estate holdings and eventually pay any surplus cash as a cash dividend to shareholders plus issue one share of Fort Chicago to each shareholder. This alone would justify , we believe a share price close to $12.00 a share of Gendis. Those who keep their Fort Chicago shares will probably see those share increase in value as apparently they are on schedule to complete the Alliance Pipeline and the plant in Chicago. This should produce earnings in the $1.50+ in earnings per year so stock should reflect this with a multiple much higher than 6 times earnings.
Do your own DD.and good luck
