"Benjamin, could you possible point us to some evidence that shows that CMRC has been successful in implementing this strategy.
----------

CMRC has stated in past, on conference calls and in interviews, that thay have received equity interest in all the exchanges that they are participating in. The percentage equity interest, or the percentage of proceeds, are more veiled, and varies from exchange to exchange (kind of like QCOM not being specific about royalty %'s with various licensees). There are ongoing "maintenance" revenue streams from the exchanges as well.

But bear in mind that the interesting prospect for CMRC is not from the GM exchange, or the Boeing exchange, or any other individual exchange, but down the road, where the Exchanges themselves are linked, providing the same efficiencies on a cross-industrial, global basis as is projected now for the individual Exchanges themselves.

It's analogous to laying a global network of fiber in anticipation of bandwidth demand down the road. "Laying this pipe" is CMRC's focus. If this future is realized, CMRC will collect a toll.
