I give BEL credit for making sure that Cramer was satisfied. I can't tell you how many people that I know that live in the same area as Cramer who not only did BEL not show up for the appointment but by the 5th scheduled appointment, a BEL rep. would show up thinking he was there to install a new phone line. So after many many many calls to BEL and a month or two after the person received their WSTL modem, a BEL rep. would finally show up and install the service. I am really glad BEL got this one right!
