GVTucker,

Re: If you think that DELL will report about where the average analysts' estimate is, 92¢ for this year, yes, DELL is expensive.

I'll use Mepci's numbers. If DELL does .90 for the year, that would represent a 50% increase year over year. DELL didn't show that kind of growth since early 1999, and it would be significantly greater than DELL's estimate of low 30's% growth. If that occurs, DELL is very inexpensive.

Peaceful nights,
Kaka

GV re: If you think that DELL will report about where the average analysts' estimate is, 92¢ for this year, yes, DELL is expensive.

Dell is following a new trend line this year versus the previous year and by my pen and paper trace, Dell current price is on the trend. There are times that Dell can be bought below the trend and sold above the trend as viewed from the past, but there are no guarantees. To say to some one that a stock is cheap or expensive is a stretch as there is no one metric to use and how to use it. The best one can say is that if you don't own it and wanted to buy it you would wait to try to get a better price.

I expect from the trend I believe Dell is following, that Dell will appreciate at +30% from todays price.

Best,
Mike
