Good reason to carry an umbrella liability policy! I'm going to have to watch what I say about SSBaloney now...not! Goodness...maybe all the CEO's (NVLS, KLIC, TSMC, etc) that have commented on Jon Joseph will have to mend their ways too.

Do we have a lawyer here who could expound on the merit of such a suit in general?

Seems to me if an analyst publishes a company report he is
fair game if proven wrong by events.
