Jordan: Don't know the answer to that. My guess is that it would have been immediately deemed hostile--therefore some sort of game is afoot about an acceptable bid price to come in at--plus a premium. All of this assumes anything at all is up. Below is a Morningstar.com bit that a friend pointed out--fund buying of CERT. The table doesn't cut and paste well--but for instance Janus Overseas bought 199,000 shares representing 1.83 % of Total. Federated International Small has 47,000 shares etc. All of it is as of the early spring--pre split etc. Tom D. If you see some good funds on the list, the stock's probably worth checking out.
