Siebel Systems Acquires MOHR Development, Inc.

Adds Leading Financial Sales Training Solutions to Siebel Global Services Offerings

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 2000--Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:SEBL - news), the world's leading supplier of eBusiness application software, today announced the acquisition of MOHR Development, Inc., Ridgefield, Connecticut, a privately held provider of sales training solutions and consulting services focusing on the financial services, manufacturing, and technology business sectors. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Siebel Systems will incorporate MOHR solutions and expertise in Siebel MultiChannel Services, which provide organizations with the skills, processes and management disciplines they need to translate channel strategy into revenue growth. Siebel Systems' industry-trained consultants help organizations intelligently move from channel analysis to full-scale multichannel eBusiness deployments.
