e-bill, Ya know, its kind of interesting. Washington is now gridlocked like never before. The Repubs won't allow Clinton anything...they have even stopped confirmation proceedings on judges. On the other hand, Clinton will veto just about any bill the Repubs send him. They just sent him a bill to end the estate (death) taxes. He will veto it calling it a "tax break for the rich". Nothing can be accomplished in Washington right now. -John
