That memory module has 8 chips. They are each 256Mb DRAM, or 32 MEG. I called and asked

Wow! This is neat! I thought 256Mb chips were more expensive. There is almost no premium. The module is only $314. With these chips, they can put together 512MB modules without having to go to the registered type of modules, and your Athlon could have 1.5 GB memory.

Anyway, 768 MB of CAS2 PC133 memory is good enough for a decent server.
